Camillus Health Concern’s services include adult primary care, pediatric services, women’s preventive health services, HIV/AIDS/STD/TB prevention, screening and treatment, mental health services, oral health services and case management. Integration with other Camillus House programs-CHC’s sister organization, such as the Camillus Life Center (intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment); Camillus Housing Services; Camillus Emergency Services, ensures that patients have access to a comprehensive continuum of care services.

Advocate Program’s Clinical Services unit offers Outpatient Substance Abuse Counseling, Outpatient Mental Health Services, Individual Supportive, Psychotherapy, Group Counseling, and Case Management Services.

Intake Process: The client or the referral source (DOC, USPO/USPSO or other community agency) may call 305-704-0131 to schedule an appointment at any of our 3 locations. The referral document can also be faxed to 305-704-0155 and our staff will contact the client directly.

Psycho-social evaluation: $40.00
Individual Counseling Sessions: $30.00
Group Counseling: $15.00
Sliding scale fees available.

Provides outpatient substance abuse treatment to women with priority given to pregnant clients. Referrals to satellite health care facility for primary health needs and case management. Day care services provided on-site for those who attend the program. Men with substance abuse problems are also counseled. Provides family medical care in the areas of general Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Dental, Vision, & Podiatry.

Description:
Members of the multidisciplinary staff diagnose and treat the full range of medical problems seen in adolescent boys and girls, including sexual development; diseases and disorders of the reproductive tract such as menstrual disorders, vaginitis and sexually transmitted diseases; infectious diseases such as HIV and AIDS; developmental issues such as delayed puberty and acne; and psychological concerns such as substance abuse and depression. They also treat many chronic diseases, and serve as primary care physicians for adolescents and young adults. The physicians’ familiarity with the common psychological and social concerns of adolescents enables them to establish the rapport necessary to ensure an ongoing, productive doctor-patient relationship. In a time of life when risky behavior is an ongoing temptation, having a caring physician can have lifelong benefits.

Description:
Provides immunization, physical exams, family planning, gynecology and obstetrics, pediatrics, free birth control, AIDS testing (Rapid HIV Testing Via Oraquick), exams and X-rays for tuberculosis, dermatology, internal medicine, adolescent services, nutrition services, WIC, mental health and referrals as needed. The clinic now has a private dental office, a private eye clinic, and provides pharmacy services and case management under the Ryan White Title I Program.

Care Resource Testing Website

The HIV Counseling and testing program provides confidential HIV counseling and testing free of charge. The program identifies individuals at high risk for Substance abuse and HIV infection. Services are offered at various offices, as well as through mobile units with locations througout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
